The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the sales contract within five (5) calendar days from the receipt of the products under the following terms and conditions
Within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery of the virtual products, as this results from the receipt documents.
The withdrawal statement is made by sending an e-mail to info@emotionsreframed.com and Emotions Reframed Life Coaching is obliged to confirm in writing the receipt of the withdrawal statement as soon as it is received.
The Customer is also obliged to inform Emotions Reframed Life Coaching that will exercise or that has already exercised the right of withdrawal and by telephone at the following telephone numbers: +30 210 689 0449.
Following the statement of withdrawal, Emotions Reframed Life Coaching is obliged to reimburse the Customer for the price it has received. In the case of debiting the Customer through a credit card, Emotions Reframed Life Coaching , if it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the latter will take any action envisaged. Emotions Reframed Life Coaching , following this update, shall not be liable for the time and manner of execution of the reversal entry, governed by the contract drawn up between the Issuing Bank and the Customer.
The reimbursement of the price due to withdrawal will be refunded to the Customer no later than ten (10) working days from the time Emotions Reframed Life Coaching has received proven knowledge of its withdrawal.
